The Y of Central Maryland utilizes technology to meet the training and development needs of our staff. The LCC, Learning and Career Center, catalogs all our basic, developmental and specialized trainings. There are 8 basic training curriculum that every employee must complete:
In addition to these courses, we offer a Leadership Journey Training series consisting of The New Leader, Building the Foundation and Extraordinary Executive to staff leading others. The YUSA Exchange also offers a large catalog of free courses for certifications in specific areas as well as leadership competency.
